How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer variable delivery charges from Rs. 150/- up to Rs. 250/- through Cash-on-Delivery. These delivery charges depends on your shopping basket.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! But this shipping option is not available through our normal checkout procedure. You’ll have to contact us through whatsapp/facebook to lodge a special request to deliver worldwide.
Do you offer in-store pick-up?
Yes, we do! Our office is located in Karachi, Pakistan. If your location is near our official location, you can personally request us and pick up your order by yourself. There is no shipping charge to pick up your order.
How much will it cost to ship to another country?
If you choose to ship to an international address, you’ll have to request Odeez through whatsapp/facebook for the rates. Flat rate shipping is not available outside Pakistan, but we have multiple courier services offering competitive shipping rates internationally.
Another important note to keep in mind is that orders being shipped out of Pakistan may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other fees upon arrival at the destination country, for which the recipient is responsible.
My order hasn’t shipped because something was on backorder; what should I do?
If an item is on back-order, it will be marked as such in your cart during checkout. Back-ordered items do not split out automatically. If you wish to split the order so the rest of your order ships sooner, please call our Customer Care staff at +92 331 3667227 and they can split your order for you.
When can I expect my order to ship?

You need your order number and access to a printer.
