For all products that doesn’t match our quality standards and are mistakenly shipped to you, Odeez offers a free money-back guarantee. To find out if it applies to your shipment, simply contact us with your order number and order receipt, and share the appropriate problem in your order. Refund is guaranteed if the product is wrongly delivered or the product is broken. Refund applies provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:
- If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (3 days).
- Please note that products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
- For issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we are not responsible to return and refund(if applicable).
