1. Eligibility (Is your order eligible for a return, refund or an exchange?)

You are eligible for returns policy if

  1. Your product is damaged, defective, incorrect (with picture or description), or incomplete at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
  2. You changed your mind about the product. You’ll have to bear refund/exchange delivery charges which may vary according to your location. Also, product condition will be considered before accepting the request
  3. The game/toy is difficult for your kids. You’ll have to bear refund/exchange delivery charges which may vary according to your location. Also, product condition will be considered before accepting the request.
  4. If you have received a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Please be aware that we can only refund the product amount and not the delivery charges.

You are not eligible for returns policy if

  1. Your product is an electronic toy. We don’t provide any guarantees for electronic toys. You can still contact us, we’ll try to help you out about the functioning and working of the toy.
  2. There’s no return or exchange policy on free gift/complimentary, If your free gift/complimentary is damaged (during shipping) or you changed your mind about gift options.
  3. Please note that there is no return or exchange policy for Odeez leftover (OLO) items. We suggest you to carefully review the item description before adding it to your cart.
