Return Policy
Odeez has a return and exchange policy that allows customers to return products within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or if the customer has a change of mind.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Timeframe: You must file a return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Product Condition: Products must be in a sellable condition and the condition will be considered before the request is accepted. The product should be unused and in original packaging if returned due to change of mind.
Valid Reasons
- Product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery.
- Change of mind (delivery charges must be borne by the customer).
Non-Returnable Items
- There is no return or exchange policy for Odeez Leftover (OLO) items.
- No guarantees or return policy on electronic toys.
- Free gifts/complimentary items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Amount: Only the product amount can be refunded, not the original delivery charges.

- Provide Information: Ensure you include your order number, contact details, product details, invoice, and the reason for the request.
- Await Response: It may take 7-15 days for your request to be resolved, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Shipping: You will likely need to bear the return/exchange delivery charges unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
